Busy Primary Care practice in West Boynton Beach is looking for a part-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. The candidate is responsible for providing direct medical care to patients, assisting physician, and maintaining accurate and current patient records on the electronic health record. Bilingual a plus.
Job responsibilities include:
- Experience in out-patient primary care medicine
- Perform patient assessments and provide care to patients in a clinical setting
- Educate and evaluate patients treatment plans
- Coordinate patient care as a triage resource; strong administrative skills a must
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Deliver quality care
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical and chronic conditions
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
