In this career growth role, you will help enhance quality of life as you:
- Provide daily assistance with a passion for helping people with physical and/or mental disabilities live a more fulfilled and happy life and gain independence.
- Encourage individuals’ preferred hobbies, interests & self-determined choices.
- Help with activities of daily living, including socialization, communication, exercise, socialization, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Facilitate participation in community activities and skill development programs.
- Implement care plans & goals, track progress, and report findings to superiors.
We require:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
