Shipping Manager
Reylos Glass is seeking an experienced and organized Shipping Manager to oversee our shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role will ensure products are prepared and shipped accurately and on time while coordinating logistics and supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate shipments, freight, deliveries, and schedules.
- Ensure orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other teams to meet shipping deadlines.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and shipping requirements.
- Lead and support warehouse and shipping staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating freight and deliveries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or shipping software.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
