We’re hiring Servers who are passionate about hospitality.
You’ll do more than just take orders—you’ll guide guests through their meal with knowledge, personality, and seamless service.
Please note: the estimated pay range includes both base pay plus tip sharing.
Responsibilities
- Guide the Experience: Greet guests warmly, share personal recommendations, and navigate our menu with confidence.
- Precision Service: Take accurate orders, manage coursing, and ensure food and drinks arrive perfectly timed.
- Own Your Station: Maintain a clean, organized section while anticipating guest needs (refills, silver, etc.) before they ask.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the kitchen, bussers, and hosts to keep the dining room rhythm smooth and positive.
- Technical Accuracy: Handle POS transactions and payments efficiently and securely.
- Hospitality Mindset: Resolve any guest concerns with grace and a "make it right" attitude.
Requirements
- Team First: A proactive "jump in" mentality—you help your teammates without being asked.
- Experience: At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant.
- Personality & Coachable: Outgoing, professional, and able to stay calm and kind under pressure; A desire to learn our specific service style and grow with the team.
