Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for helping individuals with autism spectrum disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing support to individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and adjust care plans
- Assist in developing educational materials for clients and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
Experience
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Background in special education or behavioral health is a plus
- Strong communication skills to educate and work with families
Job Type: Full-time
