We are seeking a skilled Field Technician specialized in mining equipment to join our team in Arizona!
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electric drive truck systems in the field at customer mine sites. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our cutting-edge electric vehicle technology north of Phoenix.
This is an onsite, rotating‑schedule role ideal for technicians with mine site experience, strong electrical or mechanical fundamentals, and flexibility to work day and night shifts (long change schedule).

Duties
- Perform installation, inspection, and maintenance of electric drive truck components including high voltage systems, cabling, and electrical infrastructure.
- Prioritize a safe work environment.
- Perform component change‑outs, inspections, and planned maintenance
- Work collaboratively with Komatsu field service teams and mine personnel
- Follow all mine site safety, environmental, and operational requirements
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs
Requirements
- 4+ years of prior experience repairing mining equipment at mine sites
Pay: $33.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:
- mining equipment repair: 2 years (Required)
- electric drive truck repair: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- MSHA Certification (Preferred)
