We are seeking a mature person with a few years of managerial and advertisement experience to run and operate one of our Business locations in a full time capacity. Additional requirements are computer skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft word agoogle docs and spreadsheets , and customer service skills equal to that of Chick-Fil-A, where servitude is outstanding, and customer interaction is the utmost priority.
You would be working alone in an office so motivation and time management are key.
Duties include learning our simple design programs so you can designing buildings and posting them for sale. Advertising about our services on multiple platforms (including social media platforms like Face Book Market) to bring in sales. Interaction with customers to serve them. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, updating our websites when needed, making bank deposits, ensuring a clean and pleasant office environment.
Candidates will need to be able to lift 50 LBS with no issues, have dependable transportation and reliable child care in place if applicable.
