Will assist general manager with all restaurant functions.

We are a small box concept so all managers do work positions throughout their day.

Daily functions consist of grill operations, fryer operations sandwich, build procedures, and running cashier POS systems.

Will also assist with inventory and weekly paperwork procedures.
