Responsibilities

Learn and apply core insurance sales processes through hands-on training and real client interactions

Quote, present, and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and related coverages

Build and manage relationships with clients by identifying needs, recommending coverage options, and delivering clear solutions

Support the full policy lifecycle, including new business, endorsements, renewals, and account servicing

Develop strong prospecting and communication skills through outreach, follow-up, and referral generation

Participate in structured coaching and mentorship focused on sales performance and leadership development

Gain exposure to agency operations, including workflow management, retention strategies, and customer experience standards

Track personal goals, activity, and production metrics while consistently improving performance
