Part Time Customer Service Representative – Molly McGill State Farm Agency
Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're a growing State Farm agency in Arvada looking for a reliable, personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a part time role with real growth potential, we're looking for someone who wants to eventually become licensed and grow with us long term.
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for walk-ins and inbound calls
- Handle customer questions, policy inquiries, and route complex needs to the right team member
- Support daily office operations and keep things running smoothly
- Cover phones and front desk from 12pm–5pm Monday through Friday
- Work toward obtaining your insurance license (we'll support you in this)
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — this is non-negotiable
- Warm, clear communicator — on the phone and in person
- Organized and able to juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Interest in growing into a licensed role
