We are a growing business consulting firm that partners with nationally recognized brands like AT&T. We are currently hiring a Manager in Training to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in business operations, team leadership, customer relations, and administrative management.
This entry-level leadership opportunity is designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in management. As a Manager in Training, you'll work directly with experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a team, supporting business operations, and creating an outstanding customer experience. Our training provides exposure to multiple areas of the business, allowing you to develop the leadership, communication, and organizational skills needed to advance into a management role.
Responsibilities of the Manager in Training
- Participate in structured management training focused on leadership, business operations, and team development.
- Assist with coordinating daily team activities to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Support managers with administrative responsibilities, reporting, scheduling, and day-to-day business operations.
- Learn how to monitor team performance, review business metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members by reinforcing excellent customer service practices and professional communication.
- Help create a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.
- Work alongside customer-facing teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and an exceptional experience while representing AT&T.
- Maintain accurate records, operational documentation, and activity reports.
- Participate in leadership meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to improve workflows, team efficiency, and overall business performance.
Manager In Training Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate others and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and leadership techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, or team environments is a plus but not required.
Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,600.00 per month
