Position: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Onsite in Chattanooga, TN
Travel: Approximately 1 day per week for regional site visits within driving distance; occasional out-of-state travel throughout the Southeast

Position Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a client in the commercial construction industry. This individual will lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction and planning through final delivery and closeout. The role requires ownership of project schedules, budgets, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project execution while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, purchasing strategies, and project documentation.
- Partner with superintendents and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, financial reporting, requisitions, and collections.
- Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams to support project profitability.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
- Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager within a commercial general contracting environment.
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Experience overseeing projects with contract values around $10M.
- Experience managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, budgets, and project financial performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the Southeast.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- PMP certification.
- Experience utilizing Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Growth-oriented professional interested in long-term leadership opportunities.
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually, plus project performance bonus opportunities.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
