CDL-A Company Driver Details:
- Starting Pay: $75,000 - $80,000/ year
- Starting Base Pay up to 60CPM
- Home Every Weekend
- 50% Drop & Hook
- No Touch Freight
- Running South and Midwest Region
- Dry Van Freight
- Practical Route Mileage Pay
- Stop Pay
- Detention Pay
Pay Breakdown: Starting Base Pay up to .60CPM
Driver Premium: .25CPM for any miles over 2400/week
Pay Raise Review Schedule
- First year: 2 Pay Reviews for 1 cpm each
- Second year: 1 Pay Review for 1 cpm
- Third year: 1 Pay Review for 1 cpm
- Fourth year and after: Annual Pay Reviews for 1/2 cpm (No Top Out)
Incentive Pay
- Driver Premium for any miles over 2400/week: $0.25
- Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus $.02CPM
CDL-A Company Driver Perks:
- $2500 Sign On Bonus: $750 paid after first full week

- Volvo's, Kenworths & Macks
- 3 years or newer and all under 400,000 miles
- Automatic Transmission
- APU'S + 1800-watt inverters
- On board navigation for turn by turn

Job Requirements:
- One Year Verifiable CDL A Experience Required
Clean MVR
- No More Than 3 Minor Preventables in The Last 5 Years
- No More Than 1 DOT Preventable Accident in The Last Year
- No 15 MPH or Over Tickers
- No DUI/DWI/DVI in The Last 10 Years
- No DOT drug or alcohol violations in last 36months
- Must be at least 21 years of Age
Wage Range: 75000.00 - 80000.00 per year
