WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly with homeowners as a trusted resource throughout the roofing process. The role combines face-to-face customer interaction, education, organization, and sales, including:
- Meet with homeowners to understand concerns and assess potential roofing needs
- Explain roofing materials, available solutions, and project expectations in clear terms
- Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with internal production teams
- Help customers understand the insurance restoration process and next steps
- Participate in regular coaching designed to strengthen your sales and communication skills
The goal is simple: provide a professional customer experience while developing the skills that support long-term success.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your earning potential increases as you build experience, improve your performance, and take on greater leadership responsibility.
- New Sales Professionals: $6,000 to $12,000 per month
- Experienced Roofing Specialists: $9,000 to $18,000 per month
- Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leaders: $350,000+ annually
