Lead and manage the company’s existing safety program and initiatives

Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to drive safety performance

Oversee OSHA compliance, policies, audits, and reporting

Conduct field visits, inspections, and support project teams

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
-
Track and improve key safety metrics (TRIR, EMR, recordables, etc.)

Drive training, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization

Standardize safety expectations and execution across regions and teams
-
Support subcontractor and field compliance initiatives
Qualifications
-
8+ years of construction or commercial roofing safety leadership experience

Experience overseeing established multi-site or regional safety programs
-
Strong working knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards

Proven ability to influence operations and drive adoption in the field

Experience managing audits, incident response, and performance metrics
-
CSP, CHST, OSHA 500, or related certifications preferred
