About DHA Secured Transportation
DHA Secured Transportation LLC is a Colorado Behavioral Health Secure Transportation (BHST) provider. We partner with healthcare organizations, behavioral health providers, hospitals, courts, and community agencies to provide safe and secure transportation services.
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Community Outreach & Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network throughout the Denver metro area.
This is not a driver position.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, networking, and connecting organizations with the services they need.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hospitals, behavioral health organizations, and community partners
- Meet with social workers, case managers, therapists, and discharge planners
- Conduct phone, email, and in-person outreach
- Attend networking and community events
- Introduce DHA services to potential referral partners
- Track outreach activities and referral opportunities
- Follow up with organizations regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, social work, behavioral health, community outreach, case management, or business development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and conducting in-person visits
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Reliable transportation
Bonus Structure
- Monthly performance bonus based on referral growth and relationship development
- Hourly Pay depending on experience
