Illumane, Inc., a sales and development firm, is hiring an AT&T Representative to support customers throughout the Lafayette area. In this role, the AT&T Representative will meet directly with residents to introduce AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, and help customers explore internet options that fit their household needs.
The AT&T Representative focuses on creating a positive customer experience through clear communication, professionalism, and reliable support during the enrollment process. This is a full-time, in-person position with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.
Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative
- Connect with customers in the Lafayette area to introduce AT&T Fiber services and promotions
- Explain internet and wireless options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Help customers compare plans and choose services that match their needs
- Assist with account setup, enrollments, and general service questions
- Provide a helpful and professional experience throughout customer interactions
- Keep accurate records and maintain daily activity tracking
- Work with team members and leadership for continued support and development
Qualities of an AT&T Representative
- Experience in cell phone sales is a must

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
