We are currently looking for detail-oriented individual, preferably with Construction management and quality control background, to lead our final finishing department.
Job Description:
- Lead a Department, performing construction and installation of interior building finishes and components in a Manufacturing setting.
- Follow blueprints, design plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Install wall panel (drywall/sheetrock/FRP)
- Cut and Install interior trim
- Install flooring and cove base
- Install ceiling grid components and tiles
- Make and install window casing and trim
- Install windows and blinds
- Hang interior doors and apply hardware,
- Hang door trim
- Install upper and lower cabinets
- Install laminate countertops
- Clean-up of the units
Experience:
- Team Leadership and Management
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials used in interior finish installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during construction projects
