CNC LATHE SETUP AND PROGRAMMING FIRST SHIFT.
About us: We are precision compontant manufacturer for the Aerospace,Packaging and general industries. We specialize in cnc lathe and milling most parts are smaller then your hand legacy repeat jobs. Common materials aluminum ,stainless steel,titanium ,brass and plastics.
Read/write programs using Fanuc controls.
Gibbs cam expierance big plus.
Must be familiar with G&M Codes
Multiple axis lathe experience REQUIRED mill ,drill, subspindle.,y axis.
Must have knowledge of cutting tools, and have the ability to use measuring equipment and measuring instruments as required.
Must be able to set up with little or no supervision & run production on close tolerance parts
Must be able and willing to Multi-Task as needed and able to operate in a team environment
Must be familiar with Quality Control Procedures & Standards
Minimum of 5 Years experience required
Must be able to work overtime as needed
