Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat
8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Job duties include (but not limited to)

Cleaning client’s home living area(s)

Feeding, shopping, meal preparation

Bathing, transferring, grooming, toileting, exercising, and assisting with ADL’s

Assisting with medication reminders
-
Escorting to MD appointment (if needed)

Stay current with changes in provider services regulations

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
At least one year experience preferred

Reliable transportation
