We have two roles available:
Yacht Sales Professional (Remote – After Training):
Start with hands-on training, then transition to working remotely. Perfect for motivated individuals ready to build a career in yacht sales.
Consignment Staff Agent Full Time (On-Site):
Start with hands-on training, then transition to sell any boat on our facility (40-50 on site) and gain access to additional off-site listings. This role offers a great opportunity to gain in-person experience and build your network fast.
Your Journey Begins Here:
- Probationary Period: The first two weeks (unpaid) will give you the chance to acclimate and acquire a minimum of 2 listings.
- Training: If successful, you’ll enter an 6 week intensive training program a $250.00 weekly draw will be provided
- Compensation: After training, your earnings will shift to a 100% commission structure based on your sales performance. (We offer a commission opportunity and incentive program for agents who remain with our company. The commission scale increases over time based on tenure. For example after two years, an agent qualifies to receive 7% out of the total 10% commission. No other broker in the industry offers this kind of inactive agent benefit.)

- Identify and explore new business opportunities through effective networking and market research.
- Offer expertise to clients regarding yacht/boat selling/ buying process with our company
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow brokers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in sales, showcasing success in outside sales.
- Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
