Shifts: Early Morning Shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift. Weekends and Holidays required.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost, maximize profitability, and elevate the customer experience.

Provide leadership, direction, and continuous improvement to the drivers through coaching and feedback.

Assist in emergency situations to minimize overtime.

Collaborate with the Station Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring transport drivers.

Oversee daily maintenance of fleet vehicles, including inspections, scheduling, and communication with the Fleet Manager.

Promote a safe work environment through safety audits, regular safety meetings, and individual staff discussions.
Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Station Manager on managing local permits, vehicle registrations, and timely renewals through communication with finance.

Cultivate positive relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.

Ensure timely completion of required paperwork, adhering to company policies and protocols.

Maintain insurability under the company motor vehicle insurance.
