We’re looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) and/or a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants more than a routine clinical role. If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, value flexibility, and want your work to truly matter, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll spend your time getting to know patients in their homes and in our center—helping them move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their mobility. You’ll guide them through exercises, support their recovery, and teach both patients and their families how to stay safe and maintain progress over time.

We also know flexibility matters. You’ll have the ability to manage your schedule while still having the support and structure you need to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a licensed PT or PTA in Massachusetts, with strong clinical and communication skills. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification are required. Experience in home health is helpful but not required—we’re happy to support the right candidate.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
