We are looking for someone that has experience in a Call center. They also need to have experience supporting internal and external teams. Internally Sales and others. Outside is for customers.
Multitasking and working with customers on orders
High volume 30-40 calls
Customer are healthcare. Needs good communication skills
Monitoring orders, resolving customer activity
Provide best in class service.
Process admin returns
8am to 4:30pm
Hybrid, onsite 3 days training. (tues,wed,thurs). After remote/flexible.
