In this position, you will represent our clients, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers in a retail environment and present current, promotions, products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. This is an entry-level position, and no previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers at top retail locations, representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Present current promotions, products and services
- Assist with sales, new account setups, and lead generation
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate new leads
- Develop strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Attend meetings and training sessions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service and sales a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a proactive approach to reaching goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
