A well-established life sciences company is conducting a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field team across the Central and North Florida Markets. This is a front line sales leadership role driving growth in the clinical and specialty healthcare segment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives and account managers
- Drive regional revenue growth through strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance management
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and senior-level healthcare decision makers
- Develop and execute account growth and market penetration strategies
- Serve as the bridge between field sales and internal operations leadership
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members while building a results-driven culture
- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategy and support new product launches
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year managing or leading a team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in clinical, diagnostic, or specialty healthcare sales
- Track record selling into physician groups, health systems, or ambulatory care settings
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations
