Role Summary: As the General Manager for Easy Tiger South, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of this high-volume neighborhood hub. You will lead guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality leader with a strong business acumen, a deep understanding of elevated service culture, and a proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-faceted concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent service, seamless team execution, and peak guest satisfaction.
Hire, train, mentor, and lead a diverse staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
Uphold high standards in food quality, artisanal bread service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, prime cost controls, and overall profitability.
Support marketing efforts, programming (like beer garden events), and guest engagement strategies to build a loyal base of regulars.
Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least five (5) years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a minimum of two (2) years as a lead General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual, or boutique dining establishment.
Exceptional organization with the ability to effortlessly oversee daily workflows, manage P&L statements, control labor and food costs, and problem-solve on the fly.
Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and cultivate high-performing, hospitality-driven teams.
Exceptional communication skills with guests, team members, and senior leadership.
English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is preferred.
