Full-Time Infant Teacher (Monday–Friday)
Busy Minds Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for working with babies and creating a safe, loving environment where they can grow and thrive, we'd love to meet you.
Position Details
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for infants.
- Follow each child's individual feeding schedule, including bottles and age-appropriate solid foods provided by parents.
- Change diapers promptly and maintain proper hygiene practices.
- Comfort and soothe infants through nurturing interactions, including holding, cuddling, talking, and singing.
- Supervise infants during play and encourage age-appropriate learning and development.
- Place infants safely in cribs for scheduled naps while following safe sleep practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, including play, sleep, and diapering areas.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's daily care and activities.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
- Genuine love for working with infants and supporting their early development.
- Dependable, patient, and caring with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Meet all annual professional development requirements required by state licensing.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfortable sitting, kneeling, and working on the floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to Busy Minds Academy.
