Customer Service Rep (CSR) with strong technical knowledge needed for a parts manufacturer located in Swedesboro, NJ.
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $22-$25 Per Hour, Dependent on Experience
Scope of Work includes but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Prepare quotes
- Take orders from customers via phone
- Place part orders with suppliers
- Follow up on delivery times and order status
- Send invoices to customers
- Locate spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings
- Maintain Inventory - Keep lists and track of parts warranties
- Keep up to date records & spreadsheets
- Check service/trip reports from engineers for requirements
- Look up prices and compare quotes
- Admin support to purchasing and after sales departments
Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge & Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Ability to handle company information in full confidence
