Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional unarmed Guard to ensure the safety and security of designated premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a highly responsible individual with a strong background in security protocols, law enforcement, or military experience. The Guard will be the frontline defense against potential threats, maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and rapid response to incidents.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Conduct regular security checks of premises, access points, and critical infrastructure to prevent unauthorized entry or theft.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including medical incidents requiring First Aid or CPR if necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and access control protocols.
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and maintain logs of daily activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating potential threats while ensuring safety for all parties involved.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, including administering First Aid or CPR when required.
- Maintain proficiency in surveillance techniques and security technology such as CCTV systems.
Skills
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), conflict management, and loss prevention strategies.
- Certifications in First Aid and CPR are preferred; relevant training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond swiftly during emergencies.
