We’re currently seeking passionate Schools-based Behavior Technicians to join our team for the Upcoming 26/27 school year! The Behavior Technician role welcomes creative individuals who are self-motivated team orientated. The main responsibility of the role is to support Elementary-grade level students who are neurodivergent and require support.
Position Highlights
- Hours: Mon–Fri, part time OR full time (Max 40/hours)
- Contract: 26/27 School Year
- Location: Salinas, CA
- Start Date: August 5th, 2026
- Pay range: $20-24/hr

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness for collaborating in team-centered environments

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
