Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours per week
Overview / About the Family:
A warm and structured family is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their three children, ages 4, 6, and 9. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm, and dependable, with a genuine passion for child development and a collaborative approach to working with parents. Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, engaging care for three school-aged children
Maintain structured daily routines, including school preparation and transitions
Support age-appropriate development through play, activities, and guidance
Implement consistent boundaries and discipline in a calm and patient manner
Handle light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying, laundry, and organization
Safely transport children as needed using the family vehicle
Requirements:
Previous nanny or childcare experience with multiple children
Highly organized with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset
Calm, patient, and confident in managing behavior and setting boundaries
Experience with or understanding of special needs is strongly preferred
Strong swimmer
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable driving a large vehicle
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
