We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and lead a successful apartment community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with outstanding customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing teams.
Weekend availability is required.

Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Minimum 2 years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience required

Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to effectively manage budgets, occupancy, collections, and property operations

Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are a plus
As Property Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall success and performance of the community, including:

Leading and developing onsite team members

Maximizing occupancy, revenue, and resident retention

Monitoring and controlling property expenses

Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and Section 42 regulations

Delivering outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors

Maintaining high standards of property appearance and operations

Implementing company policies and operational procedures
