Job Summary:
Urban Home Goods is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing furniture showroom. We specialize in liquidation furniture and home goods, offering customers high-quality products at discounted prices. If you enjoy working with people and want to earn commission on top of your hourly pay, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Answer customer questions and recommend products
- Close sales and process payments
- Create and publish product listings on Facebook Marketplace
- Respond to Facebook Marketplace and customer inquiries
- Assist with social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Help customers coordinate pickup
- Keep the showroom clean and organized
- Learn our inventory and pricing
Requirements:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer and smartphone
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work weekends
- Furniture sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
