Job Description:
As a Plumbing Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential settings, helping with installations, repairs, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the trade from the ground up while supporting the team in delivering high-quality work and great customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Assist plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems

Help with equipment upgrades and job site preparation

Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately

Support a positive customer experience while on-site
Qualifications:

Some plumbing experience, trade school training, or related hands-on experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment

Good communication and a professional attitude

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
