Key Responsibilities
-
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including 6-axis equipment
-
Support and maintain wire EDM operations
-
Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and keep production moving

Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and process optimization
-
Assist with R&D initiatives, including equipment improvements and secondary operations
-
Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
-
Maintain quality standards and perform inspections as needed
-
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
-
3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
-
Experience with 6-axis CNC machines
-
Wire EDM experience strongly preferred
-
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and machining issues independently

Experience with setup and operation (programming experience is a plus but not required)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
