Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the assisted living community to ensure high-quality resident care and services.
Lead efforts to maintain maximum community occupancy while fostering high resident satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing assisted living operations.
Manage community financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving company profit goals.
Hire, train, supervise, and retain staff while promoting a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
Conduct regular performance reviews, develop training programs, and recognize team achievements to encourage staff growth and satisfaction.
Foster effective communication among staff, residents, and family members to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Maintain a strong community reputation by building positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Oversee resident well-being through quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure the community operates in alignment with company mission, vision, and values while cultivating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Manage resident admissions, family relations, and regulatory inspections with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements:
Assisted Living Administrator License (required)(CEAL)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator in senior care, healthcare, or mental health settings preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Passionate commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
