Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Durham, NC
Focused Innovations, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and community-driven Marketing Coordinator to help expand access to quality home health services throughout the Durham area. This individual will serve as the face of our organization by building relationships within the community, identifying individuals who may qualify for home health services, and educating referral sources about the benefits of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, senior centers, assisted living communities, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Conduct community outreach to identify and generate qualified home health referrals.
- Educate patients, families, and community partners on available home health services and eligibility requirements.
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referrals, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process.
- Meet established outreach and referral goals while maintaining exceptional professionalism and customer service.
