LTC Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Quincy rehabilitation team. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen the skills needed for greater independence in everyday activities.

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional tasks

Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident goals

Track progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
