The Spa Desk Representative is the first point of contact for our guests at The Spa at The Woods, so the right candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism. 3+ years of work experience, computer experience a plus.
Duties include:
~ Multitasking with phone, computer, and face-to-face interactions
~ Providing outstanding hospitality
~ Anticipating guest needs
~ Directing guests through the facility
~ Use of spa software to check guests in and out, take payments, schedule appointments
~ Closing and opening shifts as needed
~ Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, as well as laundering linens used in treatments
~ Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move up to 40lbs
~ Learning about and understanding spa treatments and procedures
~ Assisting Director with a variety of administrative tasks
We are currently seeking someone to fill 10-20 hours per week. Must be available to work holidays and weekends as those are the available shifts and our busiest times.
