Job Summary
We have an opening for a Part TIme (~20 hrs/wk) pre litigation paralegal. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated pre Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in personal injury litigation support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal assistance throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys by preparing medical chronologies, medical bill summaries, and drafting settlement letters..
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, doctors, insurance companies and others to gather relevant information for cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury processes and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal drafting with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour
