Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Welders to join our thriving Midland team!
In this role, you will perform welding, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of equipment, including hydrovacs, tractors, trailers, pickups, pumps, and vacuum/cuttings boxes. The ideal candidate has strong welding and mechanical skills, can diagnose and repair structural and mechanical issues, and works safely with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding, fabrication, and repairs on various equipment and containers
- Diagnose and repair structural and mechanical issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Replace defective components as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete required paperwork, timesheets, and maintenance records
- Follow all safety, DOT, and company compliance standards
- Assist with facility maintenance and other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Welding experience required
- 2-4 years of mechanical experience preferred
- Structural welding experience preferred
- Ability to operate mechanical and computerized equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
