Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team as In-Home Caregivers working 12-hour shifts, with a flexible schedule offering between 48 and 84 hours per week. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by delivering personalized care in a home setting. Candidates should be passionate about supporting independence, promoting wellness, and providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, especially those with dementia or memory care needs
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the client’s environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe patient transfers and heavy lifting when required
Qualification
- Valid CNA certification with current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments
- Current level 2 background screening
- Must be able to pass random drug screenings
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license
