As a Prep Cook / Dishwasher at MH Bread & Butter, your role will be essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy the high-quality food and service they’ve come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients. - Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. - Handling heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) to move supplies and equipment. - Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
We’re seeking a team player who brings professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a passion for great food. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (prep cook, dishwasher, or kitchen support). - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. - A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. - A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
