Job Summary

Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression for all who enter the office.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software to support financial record accuracy.
- Shipping and Receiving handling.
- Inventory management.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, supply ordering, and organizing meetings or events.
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area while managing clerical duties with precision and care.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and general clerical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily operations.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
