Evaluate students to determine functional abilities and performance levels
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
Provide therapy services in accordance with IFSP / IEP requirements
Support student independence in activities of daily living and functional skills
Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, parents, and school personnel
Recommend referrals to other clinical services when appropriate
Design and fit adaptive devices such as splints or braces as needed
Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy students and OT Assistants when applicable
Maintain therapy equipment and coordinate supply needs
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Analytical ability to assess student progress and select appropriate interventions
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting by the NY Board of Education / Department of Investigation
Experience: Minimum one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience
License: Valid NYS Occupational Therapy License
