Fast growing ABA clinic located in Lake Jackson, Texas is looking for passionate and committed individuals to provide behavioral therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. To apply you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- College education is highly preferred
- One year or more of experience working with children with disabilities
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must obtain

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated methods.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
