Clinical Pharmacist - Acute Care Inpatient Services

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharm. D Degree required.
- Experience: PGY-1 residency required or equivalent hospital experience. (3.years). PGY-2 residency is preferred for specialty areas.
- Licensure/Certifications: Commonwealth of Virginia State Board of Pharmacy. License required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider. BLS certification required
Physical Demands – Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
Onboarding Requirements
Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen.
The pay range for this role is $64.37 - $89.07 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
