- Weekly Gross: $13,000–$16,000 for Solo | $16,000–$20,000 for Teams

Driver Expectations
We expect our drivers to:
- Operate safely and professionally at all times
- Follow all DOT and company safety requirements
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and safety
- Drive approximately 3,500–4,000+ miles per week
- Complete a daily Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI)
- Report any equipment issues to the Fleet Department immediately
Bonus System
Drivers can earn bonuses for passing inspections without violations:
- $100 — Inspection passed without violations
- $200 — Inspection passed without violations
- $300 — Inspection passed without violations
Work Schedule
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 1 week on / 1 day off
- 4 weeks on / 4 days off
