Facilities Maintenance Technician

New Cassel is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR ALL SHIFTS.

· Monitor circulation pumps

· Monitor hot water temperature

· Monitor air pump system

· Monitor boilers and assure proper operation

· Maintain proper chemical balance in fluids used in various systems

· Do preventive maintenance on all systems regularly

· Monitor system to ensure proper cooling throughout the building

· Maintain proper water levels and chemical balance

· Do preventive maintenance on all systems regularly

· Keep all equipment properly cleaned and working efficiently and properly

· Monitor on a continuing basis

· Replace fuses and bulbs as needed

· Routinely check system to ensure proper use and avoid abuse

· Responsible for all building security

· Responsible for keeping the facility clean and neat

· Make repairs as needed

· Vacuum, mop, shampoo and clean floors as needed

· Plaster, wash and paint walls as needed

· Refurbish Resident apartments as needed

· Keep all equipment in good repair

· Plant flowers, fertilize and groom as needed

· Brush removal and tree debris

· Responsible for snow removal from sidewalks when needed

· Maintain all equipment

· All trash removal

· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
